Live To Tell Keynote Address

This is an LFI (Learning From Incidents) keynote address, which has been running successfully for the past six years, designed to overcome safety tragedies that keep fluctuating with negativity. This is achieved through our Heart-to-Heart method, where the ex-victim of the tragedy delivering a keynote address shares the consequences of being a victim of an incident in the workplace.

Operational Safety Excellence (OSE)

Having not moved from our core business, which is Operational Behaviour, we are proud to introduce a model that recognizes the blind spot that causes workplace incidents. . . THE HEART. The method used to achieve the proposed Operational Safety Excellence (OSE) is Safety Brand Ambassador. Here, physical appearances on your site, articles, bulk-SMSs, posters, and videos of Mdu Mathenjwa, who is the victim of workplace incident are introduced to your staff members.

As an ingredient to your safety procedures and processes, we guarantee to build responsible operators in your organization, minimising forced efforts. The program has been carefully designed to:

Workplace Culture Lifestyle (WCL)

Our activities are designed to connect Supervisors and Operators to attain the desired production while they remain conscious about safety in the workplace. WCL is an activity-based program that performs wonders for staff in terms of safety being a lifestyle.
